I can not say enough about the service I got from this hotel… From the moment my son and I arrived at this hotel we were treated like royalties till we left… We had two rooms and YASMIN the front staff made sure I get the quietest room in the hotel so I can sleep better… She was extremely polite and courteous… ALBERT was the best, he made sure everything in the room is perfect for me…
Khali , Emre , Esat and Serhat were extremely polite and nice as well…I highly recommend this hotel…Excellent Staff

The room was nice however there was a strange smell of old people. It reminded me of the smell of my grandparents. The walls are very thin and I could easily hear the guests from the rooms next to me speaking, coughing, and snoring.

Fabulous staff, fast room service and great location. Luckily was upgraded to a suit. The bed mattress is old and the hotels needs renovation.
