The property itself is really nice, staff extremely friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Overall hotel stay was great. Location not the best. Area worn down

The property is located in an area where there are a lot of dining options. It is also about 5-10 minute walk to the metro station which is very convenient. There is plenty of parking in the basement.

Nice hotel but away from everything but close to shore line. Staff very helpful and friendly. Clean and welcoming but a bit old.

I was concerned about some of the recent reviews after I had already booked our room but I am glad to say I was happily rewarded by staying here. Our room was lovely with floor to ceiling glass French doors which opened out to a breathtaking view of the Marmara Sea. We had booked sea view and non-smoking superior and that was exactly what we got. Very quiet and comfortable with queen bed. There is a train that runs along the water front of Kartal so it is helpful to use ear plugs. We prefer to have fresh sea air rather than the sealed windows that do not open in recently built hotels. Loved the seagulls flying past our windows on the 4th floor.
