The most filthy hotel. Needs an upgrade on everything. Toilet broken and brown. Stuck inside because handle was broken. Took pictures but no option to add. AVOID.

Never go back again

I ordered a cap to the Airport and the management denied that I paid them the cap fee. Very aggressive and arrogant people.

The problem you have experienced is not related to the hotel. The transfer you purchased from expedia is an expedia-related issue, so we cannot help.

Bad experience

Stain on bed
Air condition not working
No left I had to go to the fourth floor
The mini bar fridge not working
Very Noisy
There are not friendly and there are lying about their property and they are not friendly at all I don’t recommend it for anyone they said they speak English but they are not it’s hard to communicate

The property is situated in the European side of Istanbul with all the main sites within walking distance. However the hotel is situated in a very small road and not properly sign posted. We spent almost an hour trying to find the hotel as the roads are all very similar. The property itself was clean and spacious which is all we needed for our short stay.

Bad service, Unfriendly and opportunistic owner, misleading photos, No hot water in some rooms,
very small size rooms, High windows; cant see outside views.
You can here other people from your room
Look like you are in a prison.
Not recommended at all

The pictures on our website are exactly the hotel pictures. It is not right to give such false information. The reservation you have made is the economy room. If you had paid 10 € extra and bought a standard room, you would not have faced such a situation, we are sorry for this situation.
