Was no customer service to talk with about any thing we meed , no room telphone to call, no room service , no towels or trash change , no water to drink , heater was not working , bed has no service or below cover change for 4 days , Was only a lady her name jehad or so try to help for anything but was only her working with no help , that lookes like a jail

Really bad experience was totally different then online

No cleaning the room , no even have water to drink , no tea or coffee , no costume service or communication. Look like stay in jail.
