Very small beds and dirty beds Poor service I don’t recommend it to anyone to stay in that facility

It was closed and was a building site when I arrived. Nobody had been made aware that the hotel was closed (bit of course they still gladly took payment). Shocking.

Ok if your on a budget

Hotel is a bit old fashioned. Rooms and bathrooms are quite old and desperately to be furnished. Our room was pretty small for 4 people. I was hoping the room would be a little bigger. Staff was generally friendly however one guy at the reception was very rude. He’d argue with customers everyday. One day I heard him scream at a customer, which woke me up from my sleep. Language is a big problem not just in the hotel but in the whole of Istanbul. Free tea and coffee was served all day long which was nice. Hotel is close to the main tourist attractions. It’s also close to tram and bus stop. Many peoples to eat close by.

The worest ever hotel you can try. room was very tinny, no air condition at all.I got a better room in next door hotel for 40% less the cost with air condition.

First day I was given the wrong room, but later they put me to a nice room. Staff are very nice and friendly.

it’s ok to stay at for only sleeping.

Good access to station. Room was nice, but we can hear all of what our neibours chatting. and sometimes we ran out of hot shower which was very annoying. 24 hours tea and cofee free service was great we loved it. Staff is very nice, they helped us as we needed.

Pros: Stuff
Very cordial and friendly stuff. Room was clean, Wi-Fi stable, 5-10 min from metro or tram stations.
