Sauna not included / bag incident / location

Problem 1: The listing says there's a sauna and steam room - which is the primary reason why I booked a stay here. Turns out, use of the sauna/steam are NOT included with your stay, and in order to use them.. you must purchase a spa package for approximately 100 euros. Very misleading and disappointing. Problem 2: MY BAG WENT MISSING. I arrived back in my room and my bag was gone. Shortly after my arrival, someone walked into my room with the bag. They said that they didn't have a record of me checking in, so they didn't know why there was a bag in there. My main issue is that my bag was opened and various items were moved around. Were they looking for identification, or were they looking for valuables? I'm not sure. Problem 3: The location is somewhat inconvenient. You can see the Mall of Istanbul, but in order to get there you need to take a taxi. Was alright for the 1 night I stayed there, but I wouldn't want have to do that every time I wanted to go get food. The good: The rooms are nice and clean. The bed is also comfortable. No problems with the wifi.

it was nice experience with friendly team at the hotel every thinks was good . except 1 issue they don't have iron machine in the hotel it was surprised me really. other thinks are all nice including the breakfast.
