Always they welcome there customers specially serdar and Volkan at the concierge desk and thanks to them , they upgrade my room everything was great I recommend for everyone this hotel

We had a really bad experience at the check in, I wair for an hour for my luggages and finally I myself went to lobby to get my luggages. The next bad experience was when we called for make up room. They only changed the towels and did not clean the bathroom.
