Posted 10 Mar 2024 on HotelsCheck in was quick and easy. Room was a bit dark even with lights on but we were not in the room much. Staff were very nice and helpful. Most of the staff spoke english. I fell and twisted my foot and the staff were so helpful. They gave me an ice pack and checked me constantly. Would deffo stay again.

The housekeeper Selvim was awesome. Friendly atmosphere. Also, it is very clean and quiet even when at roadside. The only thing that need improvement is for them to invest in new towels. Otherwise, the stay was amazing.

Very attentive staff. The property needs a refresh but not too bad yet. Swimming pool was very good, the gym was fine (except for the loud music with explicit lyrics

It was too hot inside the room. Not possible to open the window for fresh air. The air conditioner did not work properly. The bathroom was not clean. Some hair was left in the bathtub and on the toilet seat.
