This place it’s not hotel, Just poor and bad condition unexpected apartment to stay, Please be careful when go upstairs you can hitting your head to cyiling and when you get downstairs you my be falling too because no security rails either Bad -bad place to stay wast your money and crush you energy..

Room cancelled by the hotel. To absolutely avoid

I booked the night with pay later option. Arrived at hotel at 10pm to discover that hotel side cancelled my reservation because it was « non refundable » and could not charge my card on their own. So they sold the initial room to another customer and told me they have only one room remaining which was awful (nothing like the pictures you can find on the website) after a terrible night they charged me 60€ (in cash, no credit card) for this piece of **** If you really want to stay in this hotel. Just be prepared to the unpredictable.

Rezervasyonumu yaparken otelinizin “evcil hayvan dostu” olduğunu belirttiğinizi görerek tercih ettim. Ancak otele geldiğimde evcil hayvan kabul etmediğinizi söylemeniz beni oldukça mağdur etti. Bu durum hem yanıltıcı hem de planlarımızı olumsuz etkileyen bir deneyim oldu. Ayrıca odaya giriş yaptığımızda tuvaletteki tuvalet kağıdının yarım ve eksik olması da hijyen ve hazırlık açısından hoş bir izlenim bırakmadı. Misafirlerin doğru bilgilendirilmesi ve oda kontrollerinin daha özenli yapılması gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

Odamız fotoğraflardakinden kat be kat küçüktü. 2 kişinin asla kalabileceği şekilde değildi. Burada kahvaltı dahil seçeneği varken otele vardığımızda kahvaltının dahil olmadığını öğrendik. Fiyat olarak çok iyiydi ama tek kişi ancak kalabilecek bir büyüklükteydi. Otelin konumu çok iyi heryere yürüme mesafesinde.

Unfreundlich die Putzfrau. Wir waren eine Woche dort und es wurde nur einmal Müll weggebracht und Tücher besorgt. An letzten Tag war sie sauer wieso es so viel Müll gab.Babyberr wurde auch erst gebracht, wo sie abends vom Bett gefallen ist. Aufzug gabs nicht.

Sehr gute Lage mitten in Ortaköy, Besiktas. Zu Fuß sind einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen sowie wenn gewünscht die Fähre. Anderweitig mit dem Taxi zu vielen Orten gut und schnell erreichbar. War jetzt das zweite Mal in dem Hotel würde es immer wieder Buchen. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Im Mai 2023 dort gewesen im September 2023 ebenso wer keine Erwartungen hat kann kann das Hotel gerne buchen Personal freundlich hilfsbereit In 5 Tagen wird das Zimmer 1 mal gereinigt. Zimmer Beschreibung Trift null auf Life Ansicht an kein Balkon Lüftung im Bad extrem laut Rezeption eben so in der Nacht kann man nicht gut schlafen Zimmer war dreckig bei Ankunft ! Taxi Service zu Flughafen überteuert würde ich niemanden empfehlen Dieses Mal sehr enttäuscht nicht nochmals

Prisvärt hotel!

Hotellet ligger bra, tar bara några minuter med buss eller taxi till Taksim. Den också ligger väldigt nära Beşiktaş vilket är mysigt område med bra nattliv. Mycket bra för pengarna och vi hade daglig städning. Personalen pratar bra engelska och dem hjälpte oss en hel del!

Konum çok güzeldi, manzara da harikaydı. Ortaköy civarında o fiyatta o kalitede bir otel bulamazdım. Özellikle tuvalet ve banyo konusunda beklentimden daha iyiydi. Personeller de yardımsever güler yüzlüydü. Bir tek eksik varsa, Ortaköy semtin trafiğinden gelen rahatsızlıktır o da mecburiyet artık. Çok beğendim.
