Hotel was very accommodating with a premium location close to all restaurants and the beautiful Marina excellent for long walks. I was really impressed by the quality of service especially Merve at the concierge desk who helped us with an emergency and got us through it. Also, a special thanks to Özgür from Reception, and Madina from Housekeeping, who turned our room to a most hospitable place every day 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Hotel was good tbh, but they asked extra 5% service fee during my checkin which was not mentioned in the booking. I refused it. This is a 5 star hotel, what kind of a service fee could applyy? As well, the heaters where not working. Hot water needed to be waited long time. But cleanness and location is top. Also furniture is nice. Tv would be better.

The family room that states it sleeps up to 7 people is totally wrong. This room sleeps 4 at best and that includes a cot, not a bed. The cot is very uncomfortable and lumpy. Also, the room faced the front of the hotel which is on a busy, busy street. You will hear traffic and people talking outside until very early in the morning. Recommend getting two separate rooms for large families traveling that faces the back of hotel where it is quieter.

This is not a 5 star hotel. There are cats roaming around the lobby and the bathrooms need some renovation / re-sealing of bath tubs. We checked out and asked that our luggage be stored while we were out in the city. When we came back to get our luggage and head to airport, i.e. 7 hours later, the luggage was still sitting in the lobby. The location is good.

Amazing, Amazing and amazing. Can’t tell enough of the comfort in this hotel. The entire team, super nice super friendly and super professional. I stayed there for 2 times in January and February for about 2 weeks each and this gave me enough tome to evaluate and give a fair review. They deserve 10 stars and 5 is not enough. Cleanness, CSR service and rooms that are well designed and so beautiful. Food is amazing, staff are unbelievably trained to give you the best service. Would highly recommend them and I am going back in June for 2 weeks with my family. Special thanks to Mrs. Ege duty manager, and Merve guest services to make my stay feel like home. They are the best I wish they would work with me and for my company 👌. Other names are Umut, Gulen and Hazal lobby bar which was my everyday spot to work and chil. They are simply the best with the level of service they give you. Alihan and Anday in reception that made my check in and check out smooth and easy with a warm welcoming attitude. These are the name I remember but the entire team in morning and night shift are wonderful people. Hard to believe. Thank you again and will see you in June. Sanaz room 453.

Hotel was well maintained and room was clean and well equipped. Staff we’re helpful and pleasant to deal with. Location is in a nice area, but a good 30 minutes walk to the Kadikoy and Moda market and restaurants.
