We had a wonderful stay! The staff were super nice and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was clean and comfortable. The gentleman who cleaned our room on the third floor was especially polite and kind — he greeted us with a smile every morning and made sure everything was perfect. I also really liked the breakfast buffet — great selection and delicious food! The only small downside was that we had reserved a king room, but since it wasn’t available, we were given a room with two queen beds instead. Other than that, everything was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The view of Bosphorus is beautiful at Manzara restaurant and rooms. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Manzara food is excellent.

I liked Monet cafe in the lobby. The manager was especially helpful and the food quality was great. I also found a beautiful silk scarf in the gift shop.

The hotel has excellent facilities. The spa was so amazing and a real highlight. The executive lounge was very good. The pool and food were also excellent.
