The entire staff od the Mukarnas Taksim hotel treat their guests as VIPs. We enjoyed our stay withe the exception of a sewage odor that filled the room when the A/C turned on. Other than that, our stay was excellent. We would stay there again if in the area.The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever had in Turkiye.

Very friendly staff. Perfect area for tourist. Walkable to Taksim square. Highly recommend!

Very quiet and comfortable hotel to stay. Good location; access main road to fetch multiple services of restaurants, market, transportation. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was the best among all.

You can't beat the location of this hotel. It's right in the heart of Taksim Square. The building is backstreet so you won't hear any street noise. The breakfast has rich selection. The staff are super friendly.
The room is updated and looks clean and modern. Overall I'm happy with the stay.
