The room was very hot and when you try to turn on the air condition it is set for heating even when you switich to cool

About the shutlle from the airport we need to know More about that. Please do not tell us talk with hotel because most of the time we do not have phone in that country.

Hotel better than home.
Posted 10 May 2016 on HotelsMy wife and I stayed one day in this hotel, we had very comfortable stay, the room is spacious, clean,wash room is excellent, close to Ataturk airport,staff very helpful and speak good english, breakfast is good. I highly recommend this hotel .

Pros: No much
Cons: Fire the staff - start with the management - as they say in Turkish, "A fish start to smell from the head."Then train staff how to do it the right way
Location: Off major highway - not much around.
Stayed at this hotel because we had to. Bad experience started with airport pick-up. I had called the hotel so they knew there was someone waiting. The shuttle bus didn't stop, but rolled by at 10 mph. I had to run after it & bang on the side to get the driver to stop. The attitude of the staff was very much stuck in the old school way of doing things...letting people cut in line, paying attention only to friends, ignoring simple request bc they thought they knew better. An example of this is when they called a taxi for me. The taxi driver started the meter on the night rate (twice the rate), When I questioned the staff, he said "Sometime that happens. They haven't had a raise in over a year." If they were really interested in helping their customers they would have acted on behalf of their customer to insure that they didn't get rip-off by one of their recommended vendors. Location was bad - no access to public transport, and not a lot to eat around there. You'd be better of staying some place else.
