Emmar was not as Expected

Big apartment with grate decoration and excellent area. Service is limited to daily clean. Bed mattresses and linens are very bad and need to be elevated. Kitchen lack enough utensil and cooking wares. Baby cot is no available as well. Location. Wifi was not connected to the Internet during the whole stay. Safe where very friendly and helpful. Women swimming pool closed for renovation.

Internet doesn’t work....they didn’t clear our room even one night despite our complaint everyday...do not stay here. Extremely poor service.

all was way better than expected..thank you Ahmed (the guy who delivered our key and checked us in and commınicated flawlessly during the day)..
