A/C was not working properly. Restaurant staff was very very rude

Although our stay was for only a night we had a lovely experience and the front staff were really helpful.

Close to trumvay and metro. Stuff were very polite and nice people.
There was an owfull smell in the elevator and the paths. We had to ask toilet paper because they didn't put when they clean.

the air condition (a/c) was not working informed the staffs did not believe last day at 10am they asked us to check out now instead of 12 to repair the a/c
