This was our first time in Instanbul. This hotel was great since we could walk to the Faith district easily. The staff super friendly and helpful. We use Expedia for all the tickets and activities we did. We will return, there is a lot to explore in Turkey.

The property is in the perfect location, walkable to the mosques and bazaar. The staff were lovely and friendly. The room was adorable.

Property needs updating. The staff were nice especially Selim . Rooms have very dim lighting making it difficult to read. No bottled water supplied free. Bathroom no fan so it stayed wet for hours-& everything got wet. Small balcony door nearly fell off when opened so of course we didn’t open it again. Cold in the room & then heat turned on by staff without telling us making the room boiling hot. Most of the staff don’t speak English so hard to communicate. It’s in an inconvenient spot to be picked up by transport. Within walking distance to Sultanahmet square. Good water views. Not bad food.

The hotel staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and made commendable efforts to ensure guests felt welcome and valued. Their service deserves a 5-star rating. However, there is room for improvement in certain areas. The towels provided were not pristine white and could benefit from replacement. Additionally, the decor of the rooms could be modernized to create a more contemporary ambiance. Despite these observations, the hotel's location is highly advantageous.

The customer service was excellent. Breakfast was really perfect with lots of choices. The whole crew were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel had really good views over the sea and the Blue Mosque. It was quiet and everything was in working order. The staff were all very pleasant and the breakfast area was well attended and restocked when items ran out.
Only one criticism. We were charged twice for our stay because the receptionist did not believe us when we told him we had already paid. There was some confusion on our part. The manager has assured us that a refund is on its way.

The staff is very friendly! The hotel is small but very nice and clean, close to all important destinations! Also is very quiet area with sea view 😉

Very convenient location. Clean. Friendly staff. It was worth paying for the room with some water view. Room smaller than pictured, but fine.
