Our stay at Fer Hotel was exceptional for several reasons. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, contributing to a relaxing and pleasant environment.
One of the standout features of Fer Hotel is its convenient location. It's within walking distance to all the major attractions, making it easy to explore and enjoy the city without any hassle. We highly recommend Fer Hotel for its excellent service, prime location, and welcoming atmosphere.

We were on the third floor despite having “double glazed BG” on the windows the room war very noisy. Overhead shower did not work and the toilet flush was broken. We arrived past midnight and realised there was no room service to order. Hotel receptionist order us taxi Sunday morning. We requested yellow taxi. 20mn later his mate is still not showing up whilst at least 15 taxis passed by. In the end we just hailed taxi from the street. Shocking how everyone in the town is out to rip you off.

Room service is available till 3 a.m and that can be found in guidebook placed in front of TV.Our front desk shows its best effort to make you avoid overcharge taxi trips. Due to that we offer a taxi service which will not cause any problem during the trip as our city is one of most crowded cities in the world this type of delays is very common as the other big cities.Despite the unsatisfaction situations you mentioned we would be glad to welcome you to regain your trust.Regards,

We loved the proximity to the tram, shopping, and local landmarks from this hotel. The interior was so sleek and modern, and you could tell this place was new. The staff were so friendly at all times! The breakfast buffet was delicious and always clean and stocked up. Would highly recommend this hotel to any friends and family we know that are traveling to Istanbul soon!

It’s on great touristic area , beside shops and tram, food in this area is not good and over priced .

The staff at Fer hotel were excellent especially the cleaning staff who were always a delight to speak too. The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest to improve on is breakfast. The range daily seemed similar every day and had limited options I would suggest they expanded it. Overall it’s a great hotel in a prime location. I would stay here again.
