Stay away from this hotel. This hotel is NOT a 5*. This hotel is a 3* at BEST. The food was terrible gave me stomach pains. None of the staff speak English. The hotel and rooms are old and dated. The staff don’t have a clue what they are doing and are very rude. No taxis available have to wait 20/30mins for the hotel to call one. The room smells of damp. I can go on all day. Disaster stay

We came to the hotel at 02:00 PM, but got our room two hours later, because in first room was no electricity. In the second room AC remote didn't work and safe box been replaced. The hotel needs to be renovated as soon as possible. Carpet on the first floor needs to be replaced.

Very nice pool and gym available 24/7. Polite staff. The only negative is about the area is less Resturant and shops other than that one of the best hotel clean area and very nice nature.

staff were friendly and helpful when i order room service and call taxi for airport. hallway are dark, not enough light

The check-in process was long and tedious
no lights and air conditioners have been turned on in public areas so all was so dark.
And the cleanliness is very poor
Looks like an abandoned hotel they opened without any preparation
