First Of all, Thanks to Ayşegül and Cansu for friendly and helpful welcome at frontdesk/reception. Special thanks to Hazal for fulfillina a very difficult request about reservation. Very kind and talented staff this hotel has.
hotel is in the heart of the city, and you can go anywhere in town from here. Rooms are clean and spacious. nothing to complain about.
highly recommended.

Reception is great, Mr Lezgi and m. Ayşegül are made my day day, hote is in great condiition and staff made everything possible.

hotel is a little bit dated, rooms are not bad but not your comfy 4*. good location, bit crowded, small elevators but sufficient. would definitely recommend if price is advantageous and you want easy access.

Dont stay anywhere else!!
Posted 9 Feb 2024 on HotelsStayed here for 2 days while on business. It is a very smart hotel with excellent facilities sadly i saw but i was too busy to use the firness center or pool. The room amd shkwer were excellent as was the breakfast, everything anyone could wish for. My last comment is for the staff who couldnt do enough for me amd made the stay even better. The hotel has a bew coffee shop with the best coffees in Istanbul.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The staff was incredibly nice and friendly, making my experience truly enjoyable. Their warmth and hospitality added a wonderful touch to my visit. Highly recommended!
