THE PROPERTY MANAGERS WERE EXTREMELY RUDE AND IMPOLITE. THE ROOM was very dirty and they did not provide extra bed for my son. We had a very time. The staff were knocking our doors and disturbing and did not let us take rest

Staff very pleasant and helpful. We arrived too late for the restaurant but staff recommended the excellent Taste of India restaurant which was about ten minutes walk and open until 11pm. Room was clean and comfortable and although the hotel was really busy there was plenty of food and no queuing at breakfast.

Receptionist was very nice and helpful. But hotel is very dated even though we had a room which had been decorated. Needs a water bath mat as bath is very slippery Would rate hotel below average.

A great hotel on the river bank, beside the Skye Bridge, great food and prices, bonus of a great Scottish breakfast, favourite Island and the drive from Glasgow is pretty spectacular...

We were turned away for dinner service because a tour bus was coming.

historic hotel. mattress was uncomfortably hard and they left a back door open which allowed cigarette smoke smell into the hotel.
