This is a quiet, rural location near the ocean and accessed via single track. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Comfy bed. Breakfasts were varied and quite good. The hosts are super. You'll have to drive to find dining options but there are many within a 15-minute drive.

This was our second vist to Foxwood on skye. We were once again offered a very warm and welcoming reception.
Both our hosts were very informative regarding the area/isle of skye.

The proprietors where both very warm and welcoming on our arrival.. property was warm and comfortable. Along with great views to wake upto.

Lovely quite location with very helpful and friendly hosts. Good selection of breakfasts and very comfortable stay. Need an car to get about around the island.

special parking grid had been prepared for my motorcycle. I call that going the extra mile to please!!
David and Katrina treated us like family, helped us by booking restaurants and giving advice on the current restrictions.
It is the little things, putting in microwaves and fridges so we could bring food home when eating out was difficult.
Allowing us to use the breakfast table for this purpose,
Fresh milk as required.
Conversation on tap
All went to make our stay excellent and special.
The weather was good too.

Gorgeous views, quiet location, comfortable beds and accommodations. David and Katrina were friendly, helpful and they made amazing breakfasts! I loved Skye and wished we could have stayed longer. The night sky was spectacular...I saw the Milky Way for the first time and so many stars, oh and the aurora borealis (I live in Alaska so I'm used to those). Can't say enough good things about Foxwood!

Perfect position on isle of skye, most of the tourists locations are max 45min ride.
