PC bills itself as a luxury resort and if you come in expecting White Lotus levels of luxury, you are probably going to be disappointed. Lines can be long for check in and breakfast buffet, and there are a few quirks here and there (slow service in the restaurants, lack of temperature controls in some rooms) that might irk. But the staff is very friendly and the setting is lovely and the bed I slept in was crazy comfortable.

Good hotel but noisy
Posted 24 Sep 2023 on HotelsHotel is nice but very noisy with loud music till at least 11.00 am most nights.
Noise is very bad if you are on the Mountain View side.
After complaining to senior manager we were moved to opposite side where it was quiter.

Terrible customer service. My room had drilling noise all night and could not sleep. Air conditioner kept turning off. I complaint and nobody cared.
