David at Izla Cafe was amazing … along with all the staff at the hotel … very beautiful hotel I would recommend it to anyone

Literally got charged for anything. Staff was rude. Staff stated I would be charged to use a beach chair. Also got charged for having my own liquor in the hotel.

I did not get a room upgrade but I liked my room. Perfect ! Asked ahead of time for a refrigerator and got it.
