Night clerk had a dirty and stained shirt. First impressions, we very nearly did not check in. However the room was clean. The folowing morning the day clerk was,argumentative and refused to accept what I was trying to say.. the hotel was chosen because it had a pool which turned out to be under repair and closed. The website still advertises this feature as being available. Very dissatisfied with this experience.

This information will be forwarded to proper management regarding night clerk.. Day clerk was stating facts that online companies (as you booked with, Expedia) already have notices out there with specific days the pool has been shut down for and when it will re-open from minor maintenance repairs.... The staff, Lisa, was so friendly. I was traveling with my two dogs and so thankful to have a clean and convenient place to stay with them. Thanks for all your help, Lisa!
