We are sorry you feel this way but you checked in the place stayed and then tried to cancel the next day. We gave you a choice of which unit you wanted and you did a walk through and confirmed everything was good. If you did not like the location you should have been clear when making the reservation.

The petting zoo was fun and unique.The place and the pool was very clean, and the hosts were very friendly. Would stay again.

This is a scam. Was advertised another property he owns but the one in the pictures is not where I stayed. It’s an old nursing home he turned into what is essentially a hostel with a private room. Shared bathroom that has no hot water and is so gross and dirty. A shared kitchen that has no running water or working stove/oven. The TV in the room doesn’t work. There’s also a large amount of geese and an emu on the property that are very noisy. After I checked in I couldn’t get ahold of the owner to ask why the stove didn’t work. He never responded to my texts or calls. Feels very unsafe too. Do not stay here.

We are sorry you feel this way but it is very clear what you booked on your reservation it say shared bathroom and kitchen. IT also says we handicapped accesability and we accommodate everyone’s needs. For feeling unsafe the building has cameras in all the common areas for security. You just wanted a full apartment which we offered you for the price of 250.00 a night. Your room booking was 75.00 dollars a night Yes we have have a little petting zoo for the kids to feed the ostergies and geese. We also have a pool and jacuzzi and barbecue for the family to enjoy.

I had a reservation went directly to the location called the property manager and was sent to another location 3 miles down the road to a shared 8 bedroom house with a random guy there. Unsafe and not what I booked for the place was disgusting and no running water. I’m extremely upset and I pray this doesn’t happen to someone else. We had to leave and find another hotel.

So you are truly false here our room location is excactly on the same block next to the restaurant all our guest get 10 percent off. You did not drive 3 miles away it was 90 feet away. All our guest regardless of what room or condo get to use all our amenities. Ie pool jacuzzi and babaque and our petting zoo of ostergies and geese’s for the kids. You did not book a full condo at 250.00 dollars a night. Then for you to say there is no running water seriously that building has 4 bathrooms one with a jacuzzi. Then there aren’t are two kitchens. When you booked it has the pictures of the room you are booking.

Worse place ever, we pay for two nights but only stayed one, we had to leave the next morning due to the conditions, they never told us that we had to share the bathroom with different people, another couple did the same thing went to another hotel in the area, don't recommend this place to nobody.

We are sorry you feel this way you booked a private room and it is listed on your reservation when booking it the kitchen and bathroom is shared. If you needed a full apartment we offered it to you which was listed on Expedia for 250.00 dollars a night. Your original reservation was 75.00 dollars a night and you said it was to much.

The reservation was terrible. I booked a reservation for my cousin and when he arrived they did not have the room promised in the reservation. And he was sent to a different location. He tried to cancel the reservation and nothing could be done. I contacted Expedia and the property owner and no one could provide some type of help or any refund.

We are sorry you feel this way you booked our comfort double room for 125.00 for 2 nights. You did not book our full two bedroom condos starting at 250.00 a night.We have two buildings on the same block which all our guest can use the same amenities.
