I have stayed here plenty of times and customer service is great. I was a little upset this past visit though, since I had to pay $40 additional dollar's for a room an already prepaid for. I booked two different rsvp and the person that checked us in said there would be no issue with us staying the same room. I would just need to check out in the morning and check back in which will be completely fine. Well of course when I went to the front desk the next morning there was an issue with us staying in our same room. The front desk person said since it’s a handicap room we would need to pay the differenced because our rsvp wasn’t specifically for a handicap room. Also if someone who had a disability booked that room we would need to move. I said I am a person with a disability who needs an accommodation since their elevator was in fact broken during our stay. I explained to the front desk person we were told we could stay in our same room without an issue from the person who checked us in the night prior. I had a meeting via zoom that afternoon so there was no way I was going to have time to move all of my items out to change rooms. She was only able to keep us in the same room only if I paid the additional $40 extra. I felt there was no consideration (as we were told there would be no issue) or accommodation as I explained I am a person with a disability. I just ended up paying the extra fee because I had no choice, my meeting was with a very important client.

Does what it says on the tin. Not convenient without a car which I didnt have but otherwise a decent place to sleep.

Smelled like dog/dog pee in halls and room. No ice machine. No elevator. Maids never cleaned room. Disgusting

I had to pay $7 to park on public parking. The elevator was down for who knows how long but was not working when I stayed there. I had to carry luggage up the stairs. The keys are a joke! I don’t know how many times I had to try the darn key to get in, then it finally takes it. I saw my neighbor having the same issue and they went to complain. The hallways are stuffy and smelly.
