Room wasn’t cleaned - walked into a dirty room. They gave me another room but could’ve offered me something for the inconvenience

I would say we did NOT see any bugs so that’s the most important thing but was not a great experience. Bathroom light was burnt out, no shampoo or conditioner in the large jugs in the shower and of course did not know this until already in the shower. Housekeeping came at 10am to clean claiming we had already checked out and obviously we had not. Elevator was dirty and not cleaned at all in the time we were there based on the same garbage on the floor. Breakfast was small and not worth it. Personally probably not ever stay again.

Staff was great, breakfast was wonderful for being a hotel. Rooms were clean and comfy

It’d be great to bring back the business center. Sometime an actual system w/ printer is needed… Also, laundry items would be GREAT…!
