The staff was an amazing group of people. The hotel was clean and smelled good. It was a really clean hotel.

Can we just throw the whole housekeeping department away and start over. Nothing runs a hotel down quicker than uncleanliness. Floors in the room were gritty, unswept, toothpaste in the sink, stains in the bathtub. No more rooms available and no other hotel options due to graduations. I was beyond disappointed. There are no microwaves in the rooms so there's that and beds are super small for even doubling up kids.
I will say that everyone i came in contact with was super nice but a big disappointment with cleanliness.

The hotel accommodation very spacious and comfortable. I'm assumkng they were doing renovation on my floor, because my room was partially painted in some areas. I will suggest that they put microwaves in their rooms. Thats my biggest issue with Hyatt. Other then that it was enjoyable.
