Staff ( Rebekah) was very welcoming and went above and beyond to assist me. Beds amazingly comfy. Lovely clean rooms.

The staff were friendly and helpful; Laura in particular. My only disappointment was in not receiving the natural pillow I requested as this is offered in the room. All the same the King sized bed was (of course) large, modern and comfortable. A nice bathroom kept immaculately clean with shower (flexible hose always vastly preferred). And the TV was large enough with updated channels.
