There was a woman who took care of registration for us, but also repaired a cable cord on our tv, brought us a different tv remote, stayed overnight and took care of the breakfast chores, cleaned up, and was always friendly with everyone! I can’t say enough good things about this valuable employee! Thank you.

Always stay at Americ inn when I’m in Iowa falls to see family. Great hotel, very accommodating

The only negative thing is we were in the last room on top floor right by the stairway. The exit door at the bottom of stairs where people came in and out and kept going out to smoke was so loud when it shut that it shook our room. Someone went out it at 2:30am this morning and i literally levitated off the bed. I wish they could somehow put some padding in it so it didn't make such a loud noise. If I stay again I will only stay by the front desk area!!!

This stay was perfect. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was delicious. Pool amazing.
