This hotel would be a perfect 5/5 if:
1) The water in the shower did not go from boiling hot to freezing cold in a matter of seconds the whole duration of a shower
2) The fan in the bathroom did not whistle so loud
3) Don't go on a weekend because loud croups of people go and make noise till late at night. I called the reception at midnight then 1 am, and nothing was done the noise continued
4) For breakfast I only like hot chocolate. Well if you want hot chocolate, you need to order separately at the bar and pay separately.
5) Croissants awful not fresh
If none of this concerns you then it's a great hotel to stay at!

The property is well kept and the rooms and nice. Staff were all friendly and the breakfast was good. The area around the hotel is a busy road and happened to be under construction at the time resulting in some noisiness.

Nice and quiet hotel close to the Ioannina center.
