Central but lacking in cleanliness

This hotel is in a great location for shopping, restaurants and seeing the castle and lake. Rooms are comfortable the bus station is walkable. Great value.

Hidden there no parking, 2 hours to just drop luggage in the rain from free parking by the lakes

Sorry about that but you are incorrect. Across the hotel there is a parking lot where you can park your car with extra charge 3 euros for the whole day. Your choice to park in a free parking by the lake is not our responsibility. Please stop criticism with false information and anger because of your poor choice for your parking.

Difficult to find peace.
Posted 16 Feb 2023 on HotelsI made my reservation online from this platform.When I arrived, I waited about 20 minutes outside the hotel because the receptionist was out to get some food. I didn't mind that , but it was freezing outside and i had nowhere to go. The receptionist didn't knew from where i did make the reservation and was asking me. I told her , I made it from this platform but she had no idea what I was talking about.I went into my room , where the nightmare begins. The room was full of dust , dirty mini fridge,the walls full of holes , painted different colours( but same shades ), the room was cold , the air-condition wasn't working properly, was making weird noises all the time ( I woke up from a sudden loud noise at night) and the bathroom so cold, I regretted evey time I had to use it. The best part of the room was the Main door of the room. It had a gap under it,so the bright light from the hall was coming into the room at night , bothering me to sleep. Also when I was closing the door , there was also a gap , so when ever someone was opening their door , or just passing through , creating a small wind wave , my door was shivering making, again , a lot of noise.

Thank you for your review. But i would like to say some things on that. First of all, you waited five minutes and not twenty aw you describe but its ok. You have any right to complain about it. The receptionist have been already fined about that. As for the platform because expedia cooperates with Hotel's our receptionist didnt understand that at the beginning. I personally checked the air condition and works properly. Maybe you accidentally change settings. Before you make a review please first learn how to use an air condition or at least ask for help. As for the review about dust or the door is peculiar because every time we check the cleaning lady and never found dust on the fringe. Sorry about the gasp on the door but i believe any door has a gasp in order to open or close. Maybe at your house doors are different. Sorry about that.

King Pyross is a dirty , uncomfortable rooms, thick pillows. I couldn't fall asleep. I have no good words to say about it. It should go out of business.

Unpretentious, comfortable and convenient
Posted 31 Dec 2019 on HotelsA clean and comfortable hotel in the heart of Ioannina. Very convenient for the shopping centre, the lake and the castle. The room was quite spacious and had a nice view and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money.
