We based ourselves here as a group of 9 cyclists for the Loch Ness Etape.
It was perfect for all our needs

The staff on reception and in the bar grill. Where very helpful and lovely.
The room 406 had vlean sheets and towels however the carpet had stains, sticky, not hoovered. Milk pots left on floor from previous guests.
Windows dirty. Furnishings dirty and dusty.
Walls could do with a redeesh.
Bathroom floor dirty.

Road into hotel full of potholes. Staff miserable, unfriendly and lucky if they even look up and acknowledge you. Pillows just awful and stained carpet in rooms. Way overpriced for the terrible service and well outdated room.

The noise in the room was unbearable. In a room beside the elevator and you would have thought the elevator was in the room! Didn’t get a wink of sleep all night. Very income bed also.
