Very friendly and helpful staff (I arrived too late for dinner but they made me some food anyway). Room very clean although a little dated. Excellent bar. Breakfast very good if a little expensive.

The staff were super friendly and nice. The room was on the small side. There was no temperature control in the room, and there was a party that night so finding a place to park was difficult. 10 minute or less walk to downtown and dining options. Great location.

Room (28) was too small and window covered in opaque film so you could not see out. For a room costing £185 a night i would have expected better. Dinner and breakfast were good but cost extra.

Same day stay and booking! Staff were fantastic. Put us in a bigger room to accommodate a travel cot. Food and drink was fab as well.

The staff is very accommodating. I travel with meds that need to be refrigerated, they were very helpful getting them in the fridge for me. & freezer for the gel packs. My only warning are there is no lift, but staff helped with the luggage. There is also no Air Conditioning. The staff was quick to respond with a fan to help with this surprising warm spell in mid May.
Dinner & breakfast were delicious!!
