"Alpha from WA state! The room was clean. Violeta was doing a great job every day. The staff was awesome, friendly and helpful, they clocked us in earlier and later checked out without additional charges. Breakfast was great, delicious, and you are filled before go. Beach towels provided. Water refill machine was great, also we got water bottle with hotel logo as a gift, which was very nice.Everything was awesome. First time we stayed at Hyatt Place Hotel in 2016, it was modern and still very new. Already not new as it was 10 years ago, rooms need upgrades especially showers, but still it was a great stay. Location is awesome, close to city transportation and trolley. Also most of the tour buses that you can book, stopping on the same street where the hotel is."

"Anna Rae at the front desk was so kind and genuinely friendly throughout our stay : ) We were in town apartment shopping and job interviewing for our upcoming move from the Big Island - so my teens and I were in and out a lot walking to lots of appointments all over Waikiki. The central location of Ohia was perfect for our busy, task driven trip. The building is less polished than other Waikiki hotels and resorts. We’ve stayed in quite a few of the “fancy” spots but if you’re looking to stay truly in the heart of Waikiki while spending a 1/4 of the average nightly cost - this place is perfect. "
