"We booked this trip as a little staycation—our first getaway since welcoming our son into the world six months ago. With Grandma and Grandpa kindly babysitting, we were excited for some much-needed time to ourselves, though a bit anxious about leaving our baby for the first time. That anxiety melted away the moment we arrived at the front desk. Chris greeted us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. He took the time to ask about our stay and made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. From check-in to giving clear directions to our room, everything was smooth and easy. What really stood out was that he remembered us by name the next time we passed through the lobby. There are hundreds of hotels in Orlando but I will be returning just because of the wonderful hospitality Chris showed us. Thank you Chris!! p.s The food was amazing as well. We ordered lunch at the pool and room service. 10/10 service and quality"

"Excellent value for money, location is perfect and there are free shuttles to and from any universal park every day that you can prebook at the hotel to secure a spot. Staff are so friendly and helpful, there is option for breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Two pools and a shop that you can get snacks and so on from. Will be coming back that’s for sure!!!"

"The staff were great! Smiling faces so nice! Resort was very nice , easy to access. Rooms could use some slight upgrades , lighting was very dim. Also due to rain we were not always sure when the pool was open again , maybe could do something like send a text to guest to notify. Other than that great resort my family and I really enjoyed ourselves. We most definitely would return!!!"
