Awesome service! Great communication with staff. 24/7 service. No complaints at all, they all were friendly to us :) Great parking space for any type of car (up to a SUV-type) Hotel looks nice and clean. Signs everywhere, it’s impossible to miss any instructions. 24/7 Coffee/Tea area at the lobby self-service. Sitting areas available to avoid eating in rooms. Rooms were clean, everything worked good. Bathroom was also cleaned. TV worked fine I would definitely choose to stay at SPARK again!

The Hotel was great, very clean rooms and the parking very accessible. The breakfast very good. Beware there's 3 Spark Hotels en Orlando like 10min of distance of each other. Make sure you have the correct address if you go with family's and friends. That you book the same hotel that the others. Trust me it happens to me.

The lady who setup for breakfast in the morning was very friendly/helpful. The pool area was clean. The lobby was well kept and the free coffee was nice. HOWEVER, the room had such a bad smell of backed up sewer that came up with every flush. The carpets felt sticky and smelled like mold/mildew. If it wasn’t for the horrible smell I’d give the stay 5 stars.
