"Everything it’s good ! But expensive price "

"Old, needs a remodel"

"One of the biggest problems on the trip was that my room wasn’t ready on time. It said check in after 4, we got there even later. We didn’t get into the room until 830. This was difficult when traveling all day with 3 kids. They gave us our water park passes, but we had to search through all of our things to get bathing suits. Then had to change in the locker room. This may be okay for some, not for me. Room was recently updated, however it was poorly done. We had a family room, which was two adjoining rooms. This wouldn’t have been an issue, but one of the adjoining doors wouldn’t open. We had to call twice to get it fixed and had to wait 20 min. Again, when traveling with little ones this was hard, especially at bedtime. The rest of the resort felt dirty. Cleaning staff would come in to make the beds and refill the towels, but that was it. We had to call maintenance to fix one of the sinks as it was leaking. The water park was great, the heated pool was even better. Overall, really disappointed."

"Excellent stay"

"My room wasn't ready after 4PM, had to downgrade my room so I could make a meeting in time. Upon checkin no one told me you receive $ towards food/drinks each day, I did not receive my free water. Rooms are old, outdated, my toilet was dripping all night long. This is a motel disguised as a hotel/resort. My room faced a very noisy parking lot, the walls are paper thin so prepare to hear every step, sneeze, etc. from your neighbors."
