It was as in a great location in Interlaken. Staff were very helpful

Nice room. Fans was provided as there is no AC. It was a bit noisy having to leave the windows open.

The hotel was fantastic, very modern with lots of amenities. Very close to the train station but not so close that there was any noise disruption. Everywhere in interlarken was walkable but the hotel also provided transport passes and helped out with any queries we had. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty and always well stocked.

Good hotel close to everything. Clean and modern. Friendly and helpful staff. No dining but good breakfast.

We booked rooms 203 and 303, both were some of the largest in the hotel and had balconies looking over the park where paragliders rain down throughout the day. The rooms were very nice and included free beverages in the mini fridge. The only complaint, and it was a big one in my mind, was the lack of AC. We visited in early April and the daytime temperature was 65F and the rooms were hot so we were forced to sleep with the windows open and the noise of the traffic and people outside was not pleasant. They’ve clearly taken an old building and completely renovated it very nicely. Why they didn’t add AC is an unfortunate mistake.
