A short hike from the main street so not as close to dining options as we’d have liked but it was close to the Hertz Rental, which was why we chose it. Excellent breakfast, however, which elevated our stay. Rooms are typically small, but nice. Staff is attentive. No elevator.

Hotel is 10 & 20 min walk from the town's train stations, making it convenient to take train excursions to other destination. Room was clean and easily accommodated our family of two adults and two teenagers. included breakfast was delicious.

Great, quaint hotel for our stay in Interlaken. Staff is friendly and helpful and we especially enjoyed the departing gift. The hotel is located conveniently within walking distance of downtown but just off the main drive so was more quiet. Breakfast with the espresso/coffee maker was also an added bonus. Definitely recommend Hotel Derby!

Some Staff & service very bad.Not polite and looking take advantage from guests.Semilar he dont like asia guys.

Thank you for your stay. To clarify, we have no problem with Asian guests. We host satisfied guests from Asia every day. We are always as friendly to our guests as they are to us. If the minimum house rules are not adhered to and we are lied to, we may no longer be as friendly. We hope you had a good onward journey. We would be very pleased if you would return our house key.

Lovely place with really nice staff. Rooms are small but it’s expected in a lot of places in Europe. But the humidity in the rooms and ventilation could be better. And there’s water leaking in the bathroom.
