"The room and bed linen were spotlessly clean. There was a cosy lounge in which to enjoy a drink, and a choice of Bistro or Pub for food, both of which offered good deals, and the staff at reception were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is in a good location by the River Avon, with ample parking at discounted rates for guests. The town centre with its many attractions is only a 10 minute walk across the footbridge. We would stay there again."

"Room was super special. We elected to upgrade and had a claw footed bath,super king bed and a raindrop shower. Staff and food first class. Can't recommend this beautiful hotel enough "

"Excellent hotel in the centre of Stratford Easy parking (plenty of capacity), great check-in staff, amazing building! Room was beautiful, comfy bed, amazing decor, great facilities, fresh milk in the fridge, heated bathroom floor, hot powerful shower. Impressed. Reception phoned the room to make sure everything was ok. Only improvements - corridor access door to stairs on self-closer was noisy and woke me up through the night as room was close to it, easy fix with some felt pads. Bar area, no tables, needs better arrangement so more can fit in which would be possible. Otherwise, overall excellent"

"We enjoyed our comfortable room with a really big bathroom. Comfortable bed and fabulous pillows. Lots of nice little extras abd a really fabulous location. "

"Lovely amenities. The games room and pool made it enjoyable even with the weather being horrid. Loved the little touches like small water bottles and biscuits in the room. Only downside was the shower being a bit tricky to control."
