I received a parking ticket for 19 minutes while I checked in and dropped my bags off. The front desk did not ask me if I had a vehicle. There may have been signs, but since I was not leaving the car for an extended period of time or over night, and the front desk didn't ask if I had a vehicle, then I didn't think it necessary to register a car and pay the days fee for a 19 minute check in! Will not be staying again.

Got a double room instead a twin but got proper room next day..Breakfast facilities very poor total nightmare for gluten free customers but with a bit of educating staff this could improve dramatically.

Easy access from the car rental return. Simple check in. Only issue was how hot the room was. The window wouldn't open fully and the fan was blowing hot air.

Trendy apartment with helpful staff and quiet rooms. Great choice if you're looking for a hotel near the airport.

Helpfulness of desk staff. Geographical situation. Size, cleanliness and comfort of the room.
