Quality has dropped significantly. I was given a room that had not been cleaned. When I complained they did apologize and moved me to a better room, but even that had dust embedded in the window and the AC unit was pulling away from the wall. Staff appeared indifferent, neighborhood has degraded.

No longer run as a La Quinta Inn

Hotel is now a Norwood Inn (La Quinta signs have been taken down). Many aspects of this hotel are in disrepair (lobby, stairs, hallways) and frankly the environment doesn't feel safe.

They canceled on us and said the room wasn’t available but charged us anyway.

This property was dirty, broke and unsafe. The hotel was running under a different name and was in very poor condition. There were broken down cars in the parking lot, outside had broken locks and the smoke detector was in the floor in our room.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at

The condition of the hotel was awful. Dirty, no smoke detector, no deadbolt on the door. Carpet was stained. My cousin was staying in another room and his carpet and bedspread actually had blood stains on it. His smoke detector had a plastic bag over it. His window wouldn’t shut all the way. My original reservation was lost. I was supposed to get a better price than what I ended up with. We would never stay here again.

Could use some major renovating. Everything in the bathroom was stained. Both chairs were broken to some capacity, still useable just not fully. Even the pillows sucked. Staff was friendly though.

The worst hotel in the history of hotels. A dump. Nothing worked. Front door bashed in. Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. And here's the kicker. The toilet seat was missing.
