Great overall only thing that was an issue was parking. I paid for it on the app but got 3 notices on my window that I didn't pay weird but called in said nothing to worry about, hopefully that's the case

My husband and I are on a 14 day road trip and this hotel by far was the worst experience of any Hilton and the most expensive by triple. Except for Jared on overnights, the girls at the front desk are rude and not really interested in helping. I was charged twice big bucks. They can take your $$ but can't give it back. Blamed Expedia for the trouble. Still trying to get all the extra back. Shower leaked all over the floor, told them about it but when we checked out on the 5th day it was still flooding the bathroom floor. We were told the wrong information twice to get on the internet. The front desk couldn't remember if we were Homewood Suites or Hampton suites. Yes both are in the same building. And all rooms have a power master switch that they like you figuring out how to turn the lights on in the dark. The bright spot of our stay was the 3rd party valet company. Rob & Sabrina Brooks were lovely, helpful genuinely nice and very professional people. Treated us and our car with respect. Rob helped me with something before i realzed he worked there and was so helpful and knowledgable. You need to teach your front desk people how customer service should be by using Rob & Sabrina as examples. Needless to say we won't be staying there again.

Nice clean and quiet location. Large modern room. Breakfast was only OK. I would stay there again.
