We had a wonderful experience at this inn and the area is so cute. We ate at a little Irish pub downtown that was called Mulldoons that had the best banana cream pie I have ever had. The shopping area was close by. Would recommend this Inn.

Dirty carpet, bathroom had hair left over from the last guest, generally not clean.

I am so very sorry to hear about the cleanliness of your guest room, that is not a complaint we get often. We have our guest room carpets professionally clean, as a matter of fact they were done today! I wish you would have let us know during your stay about your dissatistfaction. I do hope the next time your travels bring you to Carmel you will choose to stay with us again.

Room was clean. The staff was very friendly. Pool was very small but we had it to ourselves.
