The gal at the front desk was very efficient and personable, room was clean, bed was comfortable, close to good food. Nice part of town. Breakfast was top notch as was the breakfast staff.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. Check in was easy as well as check out . However, I was unaware of the the security deposit that is charged for first night on top of what is owed for the stay. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. We were also accused of running on our floor. The front desk clerk, Amanda just insinuated that we were running in the hallway despite the running being ongoing for 2 nights. I stayed with my mother and 7 year old daughter. She should have came to the floor to see for herself instead of assuming. Amanda’s co-worker did explain they have to call and ask but I highly doubt anyone else was called. The walls are paper thin and we didn’t hear a room phone ring on either side of our room.

Hi Kiara, I do understand your frustration and I apologize for disturbing you during your stay. Per policy, we do have our employees investigate noise complaints and either call rooms or knock on doors where the noise is being reported. Amanda did call other rooms and spoke to other guests as she was supposed to do, but I once again can understand how frustrating it might be to feel as if you were being singled out. I do hope that in the future you decide to give us a second chance if your travels ever bring you back to Greenfield.

Clean hotel

Clean hotel. Near highway. Restaurants and stores nearby. Bed was very uncomfortable. We could not get the temperature correct in the room. Breakfast was lacking. Front desk and breakfast lady were friendly.

The girl that checked me in was super nice and very accommodating! A smile goes a long way after a long day of travel and work.

Poor checkin experience. Television didn’t work. Facility was pleasant and clean.
