Front desk wasn’t friendly and did not explain anything like breakfast , where pool is and times of that . Also booked this specific hotel for hot tub and come to find out it is out of order . Should have said something at check in . I don’t know just seemed like we were looked down for some reason . Hopefully anyone else doesn’t have same experience. Just a lot of miscommunication

Parking... Property needs to addresd parking for both Courtyard and Fairfield.

We check in with 3 young kids at 10:45pm after a sporting event. Our tv had no signal and did not work. We called the front desk and they were very lazy about trying to help. We finally gave up. We did not someone in our room while our kids were sleeping.

Horrible experience from room accommodations to unhelpful, inappropriate staff members. First of all, the room that we reserved was not the one that we received. I was told by the reception desk that the type of room that we reserved and paid for in advance was not a option that the hotel provides and that Expedia misrepresented the room. The hotel was fully booked that evening and they were unable to provide any changes and said that I should take it up with Expedia. Funny enough when I looked on the hotel's website I found the same exact room that I booked thru Expedia advertised as an option to reserve. So how does that work? The unprofessional interactions with several staff members is what prompted me to write this review. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that there was not one available, but they were communicating with the manager via phone. Never did I get an apology for the inconvenience and in fact I was told that this was all Expedia's fault/problem and that I should never book reservations through Expedia or other third party sites because they often result in problems for the hotel. Fortunately, I did contact Expedia and they did everything they could to make the unfortunate circumstances better. I'm thankful that I used Expedia. I booked the room at this hotel based on the previous reviews provided, but I would strongly recommend not booking at this hotel!

I was told at check-in I was being "upgraded" and given two queen beds. I am staying here alone so that's a downgrade from a king bed as one person. The bathroom smells and looks unclean. It's gross. The wine was unbelievably overpriced. It was the cost of a bottle of wine for one glass. Frankly not acceptable for a stay.
