Like that the hotel is close to the race track, cleaning staff left someone’s Taco Bell in fridge in our room but otherwise room was clean.

I don’t think you should have to ask to have your room made up with clean towels.

Room had no air and drain in shower was not working! Spoke with office said Expedia would have to help get some refund!

Our room was not completely as requested. I asked for a room with the most handicap accessibility. We were given a room with handicap accessibility, but which had a tub shower with an available chair for in-tub use. I believed that the room was the most handicap accessible one available, since that had been my request, which had been reiterated in person upon checking in. The staff person at that time claimed that the room was the most handicap accessible one available. Upon checking out in the morning, I asked the individual at the desk whether there were any walk-in showers on the property, for future reference. The staffer said yes, and stated that all of the handicap accessible rooms had walk-in showers. I replied that not all had walk-in showers. She repeated to me that all of the handicap rooms did indeed have walk-in showers. I said that we had just checked out of room 120 and that it was a handicap room with a tub shower. She went to her computer to look up the specifics. She read some information and began to apologize, saying that she had had no idea that any handicap room had a tub in the bathroom instead of a walk-in. Please be sure that the staff members who assign rooms completely understand the handicap accessibility factors for each room. My handicapped family member missed being able to take a shower during this stay, as they could not step up and get into the tub. It created discomfort and embarrassment.

The young lady at the front desk that checked me in was very polite, efficient and made checking in a breeze. I wish I got her name she worked around 5:00 PM
