Check in was quick and easy. The refrigerator in our room was not working, but was quickly replaced. Considering the heat during our stay, it might be best to leave the A/C running. I have never stayed at any other hotel where they charged for breakfast!

I've stayed at this property before and this was one of the worse experiences ever. The room was very dated, the drains were slow to drain, the sink drain required maintenances help. The shower was old school tub/shower and the water acted pretty much the same. The main atrium is non air conditioned, so going to the indoor pool is like being in humid summer heat. The breakfast is a charge of $8 For members and $10 for non members. We had to have our room keys reprogrammed after our first nights stay. Myself and the family seriously thought about packing up and heading to the Hampton or Holiday Inn. There is a real low class bar playing loud music past quiet hours. I will say the desk clerk was a very beautiful and nice woman. The only positive of the hotel. Supposedly they are doing some updates to the rooms but of course a repeat customer gets the oldest and the worse. Expedia has it listed at 3 stars. I give it a 2 at best.

The property smelled so bad i had a migrane the entire time. Smelled like chemicals or bug spray. When i asked the front desk to move our room due to the smell they said they roof had just been redone and the whole building smelled that way. I only smelled it in our room and not in any common areas.

Could use some updating. Free confidential breakfast would’ve be nice. The indoor pool was great!
