The price was affordable. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The water for the shower was nice and hot and had a lot of pressure. The self serve breakfast in the morning was good. The air conditioner and refrigerators were loud in my room though. I finally figured out to drawn out the noise of the AC turning on by setting the fan to on rather than auto.

Air conditioner was really loud, no ice in ice machine, key card at the closest exterior door didn’t work.

The front desk employee was very nice and checked us in immediately. Told us how to get to our room. Explained what time breakfast was. Overall a smooth check in process

Parts of the room were a bit dirty and there were a couple hairs in the bed that didn’t belong to me or my partner

Everything was great for what we needed. Only issue was there was quite a bit of hair on the bathroom.

I would have given an excellent rating; however, the shower in room 110 would barely drain. We reported it to the front desk the beginning of our second and the third day, but it wasn’t ever fixed. When I left at the end of our third night I reported it again. Also, the ice machine on the 1st floor didn’t work.

Accomodated my request for 1st floor, closest to the entry. Room was clean and there was no odors. Pillows and bedding were very comfortable.
